How we handle personal information when you visit the site, join a waitlist, or subscribe to Agency Brief for $29/mo.
What we collect
- Account / billing: name, email, payment details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- Subscription: plan status, renewals, cancellations, receipts.
- Communications: emails you send us, and delivery/open events from our email provider if we use one.
- Site basics: standard server or analytics logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) if enabled — only what’s needed to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- Deliver the weekly brief and related service messages (receipts, renewals, cancellations).
- Process payments and prevent fraud/abuse.
- Improve the product (e.g. fix delivery issues).
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run paid placements inside the brief that buy your data.
Sharing
We share data only with processors who help us run Agency Brief, for example: - Stripe — payments - Email / hosting providers — sending the brief and hosting the site
They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention
We keep subscription and billing records as long as your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete account data where the law allows; we may retain what’s required for compliance.
Your choices
- Cancel anytime from your account (access continues through the paid period).
- Email hello@agencybrief.co to update your email, ask what we hold, or request deletion where applicable.
- Unsubscribe links will appear in marketing-style sends if we ever send those; the paid brief itself is the product you bought.
International transfers
Mirage Capital Ventures FZE is based in the UAE. Your data may be processed in other countries by our providers (e.g. Stripe, email/hosting). We use providers we believe apply appropriate safeguards.
Children
Agency Brief is for business use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
We may update this draft. We’ll post a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be emailed to subscribers.
