By subscribing to or using Agency Brief, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t subscribe.
The service
Agency Brief is a paid weekly email brief on AI tools for small agencies (launches, pricing changes, keep/kill-style editorial calls). Content is for general business information. It is not legal, financial, or investment advice, and not a guarantee of results for your agency.
Who can subscribe
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service for business purposes. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the email and billing details you provide.
Fees and billing
- Subscription is $29/mo unless we show a different price at checkout.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply where required.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from your account (or by emailing hello@agencybrief.co if self-serve cancel isn’t available). Access continues through the period you’ve already paid for.
- Refunds: unless required by law or we say otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable for the current paid period.
Acceptable use
You may share insights with your internal agency team under one subscription (see the site FAQ). You may not: - Forward or republish the full issue outside your agency or post it publicly - Resell, scrape, or systematically redistribute the brief - Misuse the site or attempt to break security
We may suspend or cancel access for abuse or non-payment.
Intellectual property
The brief, site, and branding are owned by Mirage Capital Ventures FZE or our licensors. Your subscription is a limited license to read the content for your internal business use — not a transfer of ownership.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Tool prices, features, and vendor claims change; we may rely on primary sources and still get something wrong. We don’t warrant uninterrupted delivery or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mirage Capital Ventures FZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on the brief. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for Agency Brief in the three (3) months before the claim.
Changes to the service or Terms
We may change the product, price, or these Terms. For material Term changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and may email subscribers. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Price changes apply on the next billing cycle after notice where required.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise. Courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rules.
